Ever since I can remember, I’ve felt a strong calling to make our worlds fairer through connection. This calling has led to my career commitment to support and empower people to live in line with their values. I consider myself lucky to be able to do this on individual levels (through therapy and supporting clinicians and leaders) and on organizational levels through consultation, training, and corporate partnerships to develop anti-oppressive operations and systems.

I'm a clinical psychologist (licensed in California, PSY27845) and have a strong academic research background, which means I can translate the science for practical application. Using a blend of evidence-based strategies, I provide and promote mental health and social justice.
